In-Depth Review
Precision Engineering for Plant-Based Living
Made in the Eifel region of Germany for over 60 years, Börner is the gold standard for manual food processors. The V5 PowerLine Pro Set is a comprehensive bundle that replaces bulky electric food processors for most tasks. For guests at an Airbnb or busy families, it offers a quick way to prepare healthy, veggie-forward meals without the complexity of modern machinery.
The Pro Set is a 'viral' favorite in the raw vegan and keto communities due to its ability to create uniform julienne, cubes, and slices in seconds. This bundle includes the V5 Slicer, three blade inserts, a safety food holder, and the docking station for safe storage. The blades are exceptionally sharp surgical steel, ensuring they stay functional for decades rather than becoming dull and disposable.

- BPA-free and phthalate-free plastics
- Compact storage dock for counter-top accessibility
