The Ultimate Zero-Waste Stationery Experience
Papiery, based in Warsaw, Poland, has reimagined the traditional notebook for the environmentally conscious empty-nester who values both the tactile act of writing and the health of their garden. This notebook is not just made from recycled materials; it is a vessel for new life. Every page is embedded with a high-quality mix of non-GMO wildflower seeds, including poppies, daisies, and forget-me-nots.
Why Choose Plantable Media?
For many empty-nesters transitioning to a more minimalist or 'clutter-free' lifestyle, the accumulation of old journals can be a burden. Papiery offers a solution where your memories are temporary on paper but permanent in your landscape. Once you have filled the pages, you simply tear them out, soak them in water, and bury them under a thin layer of soil.

Handcrafted Eastern European Quality
The craftsmanship reflects traditional Polish paper-making techniques, updated for the 21st century. The ink used for the light grid lines is vegetable-based, ensuring that no toxins enter your soil during the composting process. This is the definition of a 'single-use' item that gives back more than it takes from the earth.
"We believe that every object should have a second life, and what better life than a flower?" - Papiery Founders
Gardening Tip: For best results, plant the cover in late spring. The thicker cardstock provides excellent mulch for the germinating seeds.
