In-Depth Review
About Little Bubs 'Grow With Me' Floor Puzzle Set
Little Bubs reimagines the classic floor puzzle by combining developmental adaptability with uncompromising sustainability. The 'Grow With Me' set includes four puzzles of increasing complexity—12, 18, 24, and 48 pieces—so your child can start with simple shapes and progress to more challenging scenes as their cognitive skills develop. All pieces are extra-large (each is at least 3 inches wide), making them easy for small hands to grasp and reducing the risk of accidental swallowing.
The puzzles are printed with water-based, soy-based inks on 100% recycled paperboard, then mounted on FSC-certified birch plywood backing for durability. Every component, from the puzzle pieces to the storage box, is wrapped in plastic-free, compostable materials. The brand holds Climate Neutral certification and offsets 150% of shipping emissions through verified carbon credits. Additionally, 1% of each sale goes to the Arbor Day Foundation for reforestation projects.
Ethical highlights include fair-wage, domestic assembly in a BPI-certified facility in North Carolina; a microplastic-free coating (no polyester or vinyl laminate); and a QR code in the box that lets you track the carbon offset of your specific order. Perfect for a baby registry or as a shower gift—this is a toy that truly grows with your little one.
Why We Love It: The 'Grow With Me' concept means you won't need to buy a new puzzle every six months. Each stage is carefully designed to meet developmental milestones (object permanence, shape recognition, fine motor skills) while using materials that are safe to chew or drool on—a huge plus for teething toddlers.

What Reviewers Say
"One of the few puzzles we've tested that genuinely meets microplastic-free standards. The progressive design means we won't need to buy another puzzle for at least two years. A solid investment."
"The extra-thick plywood backing gives these puzzles a premium feel. We love that the company shows the carbon offset for each order. A top pick for sustainable baby registries."
"Beautiful puzzle, but our 22-month-old struggled with the 24-piece stage. That said, she's already mastering the 12-piece one, so I think it will work out as promised. Great eco-credentials."
