In-Depth Review
Handcrafted Natural Workspace
Oakywood specializes in creating ergonomic office solutions that bridge the gap between technology and nature. Their Natural Rubber and Cork desk mat is a prime example of functional design that prioritizes the health of the user and the planet. Unlike standard PVC or polyester desk pads, this mat is made from 100% biodegradable materials.
The Power of Cork and Rubber
The base is constructed from ecological biodegradable cork, which is harvested from the bark of cork oak trees without ever harming the tree itself. This is bonded to a layer of natural rubber, providing a non-slip grip that stays firmly in place on any desk surface. The top layer is finished with a soft, OEKO-TEX certified felt or smooth cork finish, depending on the variant, ensuring no harmful chemicals touch your skin.
- Eco-friendly and fully biodegradable
- Antibacterial cork surface is naturally resistant to mold
- Non-toxic and free from plasticizers (PVC-free)
- Provides a warm, comfortable surface for wrists
