In-Depth Review
Why Desert-Sourced Botanicals Work Better
Sahara Shield harnesses the resilience of plants grown in the harsh Saharan climate—neem, cedarwood, and atlas cedar—to create a flea and tick repellent that is both potent and gentle. Unlike synthetic spot-ons, this formula is PFAS-free and microplastic-free, absorbing quickly without leaving a greasy residue.
Each 1.5 ml pipette is precisely dosed for cats (over 1.5 kg) and small-to-medium dogs (up to 15 kg). The 6-pack covers a full 6 months, saving you money and reducing packaging waste by 60% compared to monthly single packs.
Ethical & Environmental Impact
Sahara Shield is a Climate Neutral certified brand, offsetting 110% of their carbon emissions via reforestation projects in the Sahel. The packaging is 100% recyclable cardboard with soy-based ink. Their supply chain is short and transparent: co-op farmers in Morocco and Algeria harvest the neem and cedar, and filling happens in a solar-powered facility in Tangier.
What’s Inside & What’s Not
- Active ingredients: Neem oil (certified organic), cedarwood atlas oil, lavender oil, vitamin E
