In-Depth Review
Diversity in Media
Little Feminist is a women-owned business dedicated to diversifying children's bookshelves. Statistics show that a staggering majority of children's books feature white protagonists or animals. Little Feminist counters this by sourcing books that feature intersectional identities, ensuring children see a true reflection of the world.
Curated Ethics
Each book is hand-selected by a team of educators and anthropologists. They don't just look for diversity; they look for stories that avoid stereotypes and promote empathy. This vetting process is a form of 'ethical curation,' saving parents from supporting media that may contain harmful biases.

Beyond the content, Little Feminist is committed to physical sustainability. Their shipping boxes are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable. They prioritize publishers that use FSC Certified paper and soy-based inks whenever possible, ensuring the physical media is as kind to the planet as the stories are to the soul.
