A single page that gathers everything we hold on one sustainability theme — the top-scoring products, the guides that explain the trade-offs, and the articles tracking what changed recently. It exists so one question doesn't send you through four sections of the site.

A category is what a product is — shampoo, cookware, nappies. A topic is what you care about — plastic-free living, fair trade, vegan skincare — and it cuts across many categories at once. Most people arrive with a topic in mind and then narrow to a category, so every hub links sideways into the category rankings and free-from filters that share its theme.

They are assembled from our scored product data and published guides, then reviewed editorially before they stay live. Rankings inside a hub come from the same transparent 0–100 methodology used everywhere else — five weighted pillars covering certifications, sourcing, packaging, labour and brand conduct. No position in any hub is sold, sponsored or influenced by affiliate rate.

Continuously. Hubs query the live database rather than a cached list, so a re-scored product, a lapsed certification or a newly published guide appears the next time the page is loaded — there is no manual republish step in between.
